I have been in contact with the customer service. They told me the shipment has gone out about 10 or 11 days ago, but I still haven't received the package. I have been asking for tracking number a few times and no answer on it😟. I will give it couple more days if still no package or tracking number I will need to get refunded as I will be out of town for some months and need to receive the jacket before my trip.
